Shipping Times & Cost
We ship worldwide with leaders in courier services DHL, UPS and DPD to ensure best possible delivery timeline. You will receive a tracked link of where your parcel is at any time of it's journey from us to you. Occasional delays are a subject to customs procedures at the county of destination.

UK - 1-2 working days – 8 Pounds
EU - 2-3 working days – 15 Pounds
International & USA - 2-4 working days – 22 Pounds

Taxes & Duties
The prices are a subject and inclusive of UK VAT. From 1st January 2021 prices are exclusive of EU taxes. The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes applicable at their country of destination – and will be paid as such on receipt of the goods. 

Payment Security
You can pay my major payment methods securely: Visa, Maestro, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. Cards are accepted by Stripe, one of the leaders in online cards processing, neither us or third parties have access to or store your credit card details.

Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned new, unworn, unused, in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please do not hesitate to contact us by E-mail: shop@vassilisa.com to arrange the courier note for collection to be emailed to you.The exchange item will be shipped to you, according to your preference, or the refund will be credited to your original payment method. If your order has been sent to a destination within the UK, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of the UK, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through our e-store. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
